AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 19-11C
AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF
WEAVERVILLE COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT
ESTABLISHING FEES, RATES AND CHARGES
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the Weaverville Community Services District as follows:
Section 5, of Ordinance No. 23-02 is amended, effective August 01, 2023, in its entirety to provide as follows:
Section 5. Water Rates: Each installed water service shall be charged a basic rate using the following schedule.
